New Yoga Teachers Training Starts in October
Kundalini Yoga Aquarian Teachers Training for Level 1 certification will begin on Friday, October 1, 2010 and continue through Sunday, April 17, 2011. Alternating weekends provide 180 classroom hours of instruction in Yogic Philosophy and Origins of Kundalini Yoga, Postures, Kriyas and Meditations, Yogic and Western Anatomy and Physiology, Humanology and 3HO Lifestyle, resulting in certification through the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.
Early enrollment tuition (Paid by 8/31/10) is $1890, Full Enrollment is $2100, and the student rate is $1699. Add 3% surcharge if paying by Paypal. Tuition does not include the fees for 20 yoga classes, nor White Tantric Yoga, which are required for certification.

Enjoy a Yoga/Meditation Retreat at Sat Tirath Ashram
Reconnect with the True You. Give yourself a break from your daily routine to rejuvenate through Kundalini Yoga. Our secluded, peaceful private sleeping room, yoga room and Peace Garden will provide a peaceful, quiet space for you to relax and meditate. During your retreat, participate in any or all of the 10 Kundalini Yoga/Meditation Classes offered by IKYTA Certified Instructors throughout the week. Enjoy a bottomless pot of Yoga Tea, a caffeine-free spice tea that is known for its detoxifying and energizing effects.
The suggested donation $25/day or $150/week includes regularly scheduled yoga classes at the center and yogi tea.
Other special sessions, individualized to meet your needs and wishes, are available at an extra fee of $25/hour.
These Individual Sessions may include:
- Yogic Assessment and Counseling
- Yoga classes to address your particular concerns, such as stress management, glandular balancing, menopause, over-weight, immune system, cleansing, pregnancy, sleep disorders, and fatigue.
- Healthy Yogic Vegetarian Diet
